Table of contents
Last 10 March, Madrid became the epicentre of Hospitality with the 2nd edition of the Premios Faro. An event that not only recognised the sector's leading figures, but also reaffirmed the importance of technology in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
At the Club Graf room, we experienced a night full of emotion, talent and commitment to innovation. These awards stem from a shared vision: that of all those who, through their passion for Hospitality, seek the perfect synergy between technology and the gastronomic experience.
If you missed this edition, here is everything that happened.

Why the Premios Faro
The digitalisation and technological innovation are essential for optimising operations in Hospitality. At Cover, we believe the time had come to recognise, beyond culinary talent, the efforts of those who day after day elevate their customers' experience through technology.
Those who guide others deserve to be recognised. And that is what we did.
These awards celebrate those who set the direction and serve as inspiration for the sector.

Partners who made this event possible
None of this would have been possible without the support of brands that share our vision and have committed to innovation in the sector. Thanks to our partners, who made this night an unforgettable experience: Getnet by Santander, Amazon Web Services, Heineken, Varma, Carrasco Ibéricos, Codorníu and Pepsi & Schweppes de Suntory.
A high-calibre jury
The difficult task of choosing the winners fell to a top-tier jury, made up of leading experts from the sector: Emilio Gallego, Secretary General of Hostelería España, Beatriz Cecilia, Head of Hospitality Projects at Hostelería de España; Camilo Ospina, President of the Ibero-American Association of Nightlife Industries; David Basilio, Co-CEO of Hosteleo; Enrique Rivero, Hospitality Relations – Major Accounts at Pascual; Guillermo Lobato, Managing Director of Rational; Joan Rodríguez, Creative Director of International Nightlife Association; Marianela Olivares, General Manager of Linkers; Noelia Díaz, Head of Communications at Grupo Lezama; Noel Castillo, Commercial Director at Talent Class; and Ruth Robledo, Head of Digital Products at Guía Repsol.
Thanks to them, the credibility and prestige of these awards continue to grow year after year.
The celebration didn't end with the awards: CoverParty, the most anticipated afterparty
As with any great celebration, after the gala came dinner and the best afterparty of the year: the CoverParty.
Guests enjoyed a welcome drink, a photo call, a spectacular dinner and, of course, an unforgettable party. If you were there, you surely still have the videos on your camera roll. If not, you can't miss next year.
