It takes place throughout the province of Udine (Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, in the north-east), and this time it is held between 18 and 22 October. It encompasses a variety of gastronomic experiences including menus, tastings, samplings and demonstrations; both in outdoor settings and in iconic buildings of the area. All participants -from chefs and wineries, to local producers, institutions, private homes, establishments and tourists- play an essential role in Ein Prosit. A massive gathering of the best chefs in the world
Ein Prosit brings together more than 100 of the most renowned chefs to create guided tasting menus and offers the chance to meet some of the best chefs in the world. Each night several dinners are scheduled, which generally feature the participation of two to three chefs, coming from restaurants that usually hold at least one Star and frequently appear on renowned lists such as the 50 World's Best; or the 50 Best LATAM, Europe or Asia.
